A RESOLUTION GRANTING FREE USE OF THE MARINE
STADIUM BY THE MARINE COUNCIL OF GREATER
MIAMI ON MAY 25, 1974.

WHEREAS, the City of Miami co-sponsors with the
Marine council of Greater Miami is presenting an annual "Sea
Circus" event; and
WHEREAS, this is the 12th year that such an event is
planned; and
WHEREAS, in the past, the City as co-sponsor has
given use of the stadium, administrative staff, communication
technicians, sound engineers and other related services free of
charge; and
WHEREAS, the Marine Council of Greater Miami accepts
responsibility of the City's charges for insurance;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of
Miami grant the use of the Marine Stadium by the Marine Council
of Greater Miami on Saturday, May 25, 1974 from 10:00 A.M. to
12:00 Noon.
Section 2. That the Marine Council of Greater Miami
shall obtain liability insurance in such amounts and with such
carriers as the City Manager deems appropriate for the protection
of the City. /�,,,�
