A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF MONIES
ORTA2NED FROM THE SALE OF $4,000,000 POLICE
HEADQUARTERS AND CRIME PREVENTION FACILITIES
BONDS DESIGNATED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE
MIAMI MODERN POLICE VACUITIES.
WHEREAS, by motion passed January 24, 1974, the City
Commission directed that no monies be expended from the sale of
$4,000,000 Police Headquarters and Crime Prevention Facilities Bonds
until further action of the Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has now accepted and approved
the reports submitted by Lester Pancoast, Architect, and the
Stanford Research Institute, and it is now in order to implement
the plans for development of the Miami Modern Police Facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Commission hereby authorizes the
release of monies obtained from the sale of $4,000,000 Police
Headquarters and Crime Prevention Facilities Bonds designated for
the development of the Miami Modern Police Facilities.
