A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY D.M.P. CORPORATION AT A TOTAL
COST OF $80,841.50 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $9,059.75 FOR THE GENERAL DRAIN-
AGE PROJECT G.-1.BY THE CITY MANAGER, AFTER
FIRST DETERMINING THAT THE FUNDS BUDGETED
FOR THIS PURPOSE ARE AVAILABLE.

WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated October 8,
1973 between the City of Miami and D.M.P. Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and D.M.P. Corporation has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc., have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be -accepted and final payment made to
the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Commission accept the completed
work performed by D.M.P. Corporation for the construction of
GENERAL DRAINAGE PROJECT G-1, at a total cost of $80,841.50.
Section 2. That the proper officials of The City of
Miami be authorized and directed to pay D.M.P. Corporation a
balance of $9,059.75 as full and final payment for all work per-
formed and all materials furnished in connection with the
construction of General Drainage Project G-1.
