A RESOLUTIONAUTHORIZINGAND DIRECTING
TIE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH ANTONIO MOLINA FOR THE
MIAIviI SPRINGS GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE
FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONCESSION LEASE
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 73-1010 provided for the readver-
tisement and receipt of bids by the City Manager for the leasing of the Food
and Beverage Concession at the City of Miami owned Miami Springs Golf
Course; and
WHEREAS, bids were received on February 11, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the bid most advantageous to the City of Miami was
received from Antonio Molina.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA.:
Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to enter into a Lease Agreement with Antonio Molina for the Miami Springs
Golf Course Clubhouse Food and Beverage Concession.
