A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OP A PERMIT TO
ST, KIERAN'S UtfRCH FOR AUUSENENT RIDES ON THE SCHOOL
GROUNDS AT LASALLE IMMACULATA SCHOOL, LOCATED ON SOUTH
MIAMI AVENU i , ON APRIL 19, 20 AND 21, 1974, SUBJECT
TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAME, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a permit be, and it is hereby, authorized to
be issued to St. Kieran's Church for amusement rides on the school
grounds at LaSalle Immaculata School located on South NiesdoAaltmeNie,
on April 19, 20 and 21,'1974, subject to the following terms and
conditions.
1. Such use shall not be established for a period
J2wy. exceeding hr or days, nor shall any one location be used
more often than once a year.
2. The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificate of Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on
ride activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will provide
sanitary facilities for both male and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen that the Department feels
are necessary to direct traffic and provide for security will be
employed.
