A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 73-970 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF N.W. 51 TERRACE ALLEY HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-4371 IN N.W. 51 TERRACE ALLEY
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4371.
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of December 13,
1973, Resolution No. 73-970 was passed which ordered a highway
improvement identified as N.W. 51 TERRACE ALLEY HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT H-4371; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on February 6, 1974 as to any
objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 73-970, which
resolution ordered N.W. 51 TERRACE ALLEY HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-
4371; and

WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said highway
improvement were sustained by the Commission. It is therefore in
order for the Commission to confirm said ordering resolution and
authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for the con-
struction of said Improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That ordering Resolution No. 73-970 dated
December 13, 1973 which ordered N.W. 51 TERRACE ALLEY HIGHWAY-'
IMPROVEMENT H-4371 in N.W. 51 TERRACE ALLEY HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT H-4371, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Miami
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of N.W. 51 TERRACE
CITY COMMISSION
