A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CONSTRUCTION OP EAST
PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR.,
5352-C (Centerline Sewer) IN EAST PINE-
MOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5352-C (Centerline Sewer), AND REMOVING
ALL PENDING LIENS FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT NOT
CERTIFIED HEREBY.
WHEREAS, the Commission of The City of Miami, Florida,met
on the 28th day of February, 1974, pursuant to due legal noticee
of said meeting under Section 56, of the City Charter, as
amended to receive all written objections to the confirmation of
the preliminary assessment roll for the cost of East Pinemount
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-5352-C (centerline sewer) in East
Pinemount Sanitary Sewer Improvement District SR-5352-C (center-
line sewer) on the following streets:

WHEREAS, no objections thereto by any person interested in,
or affected by, said assessments were sustained by the Commission,
and said assessment roll appeared, in all respects, regular and
in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the City
Charter, as amended.
NOWIZOTHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned
and indicated on the preliminary assessment roll for East Pine -
mount Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-5352-C (centerline sewer)
in East Pinemount Sanitary Sewer Improvement District SR-5352-C
(centerline sewer) be, and they are hereby, in all things, con-
firmed and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground
described therein.
Section 2. That the sums and amounts assessed against each
of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessments
roll are less than the amount that each of the said lots or par-
cels of ground is especially benefited by said improvement and
that such amounts are in proportion to the special benefits that
the property received.
Section 3. That the total assessable cost of said East
Pinemount Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-5352-C (centerline sewer)
in East Pinemount Sanitary Sewer Improvement District SR-5352-C
(centerline sewer) in the amount of $404,158.86 be, and the same
is hereby, approved and confirmed.

Section 4. That any pending lien in East Pinemount Sani-
tary Sewer improvement District SR-5352-C for sanitary sewer im-
provements not appearing in the preliminary assessment roll and not
Certified hereby be, and the same is hereby, cancelled and removed.
