A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF WASTE COLLECTION LICENSE TO RAFAEL
& ROBERTO TRASH SERVICE FOR COMMERCIAL
WASTE COLLECTION BY THE CITY OF MIAMI.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 74-34 as amended by Ordinance
75-51 provides detailed requirements for issuance of City
of Miami Waste Collection License; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the application set
forth herein applies for such license and has met or stated
under oath that they will meet within the required period of
time the requirements of said ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the License Division, Finance
Department, City of Miami, is hereby authorized to issue
Waste Collection License to the following named individual:
Rafael & Roberto Trash Service
3369 N. W. North River Drive
Miami, Florida 33142
