RESOLUTION NO. 7"; ,
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION WORK
FOR MIAMARINA RESTAURANT - PARKWAY DRIVE
LIGHTING - 1973 TO BE PERFORMED BY CITY
FORCES; ALLOCATING FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE-
MENT FUND - UNALLOCATED FUNDS ACCOUNT THE
AMOUNT OF $4,200 TO COVER THE LABOR COST OF
SAID INSTALLATION WORK, THE AMOUNT OF $2,406
TO COVER THE COST OF PROJECT EXPENSE, AND
$481 TO COVER THE COST OF SUCH ITEMS AS AD-
VERTISING, TESTING LABORATORIES, POSTAGE,
PRINTING AND BLUEPRINTING BY CITY FORCES OR
OUTSIDE VENDOR.
WHEREAS, bids have already been awarded to Westinghouse
Electric Supply Co. and Graybar Electric Co., for furnishing
and delivering materials for MIAMARINA RESTAURANT - PARKWAY
DRIVE LIGHTING - 1973; and
WHEREAS, it is now in order to authorize the installation
work to be performed by City Forces and to allocate funds for
labor, Project Expense and such items as advertising, testing
laboratories, postage, printing and blueprinting by City Forces
or outside vendor; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from Capital
Improvement Fund - Unallocated Funds account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the installation work for MIAMARINA
RESTAURANT - PARKWAY DRIVE LIGHTING - 1973 be, and it is hereby
authorized to be performed by City Forces.
Section 2. That the amount of $4,200 be, and it is here-
by allocated from Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated Funds
account to cover the cost of labor performed by City Forces.

Section 3. That the amount of $2,406 be, and it is
hereby allocated from the aforesaid account to cover the cost of
Project Expense which includes engineering, surveys and inspection
work performed by City Forces.
Section 4. That the amount of $481 be, and it is here-
by allocated from the aforesaid account to cover the cost of
such items as advertising, testing laboratories, postage, printing
and blueprinting by City Forces or outside vendor.
