A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY FENCE MASTERS, INC., AT A
TOTAL COST OF $ 6, 264 AND AUTHORIZING A
FINAL PAYMENT OF $626.40 FOR THE MORNINGSIDE
PARK POOL - SECURITY FENCING - 1973.

WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated October 31,
1973 between the City of Miami and Fence Masters, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Fence Masters, Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc., have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Commission accept the completed
work performed by Fence Masters, Inc. for the MORNINGSIDE PARK
POOL - SECURITY FENCING - 1973 at a total cost of $6,264.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of
Miami be authorized and directed to pay Fence Masters, Inc. a
balance of $626.40 as full and final payment for all work
performed and all materials furnished in connection with the
MORNINGSIDE PARK POOL - SECURITY FENCING - 1973.
