City Attomey, City of Miami General Counsel to the Omni Community Redevelopment Agency 444 S.W. 2nd Avenue Miami, FL 33130-1910 Tel: (305) 416-1800 RELEASE OF MORTGAGE WHEREAS, the Onmi Redevelopment District Community Redevelopment Agency, a public agency and body corporate created pursuant to Section 163.356, Florida Statues, ("OMNI CRA" or "Mortgagee") the owner and holder of that certain Mortgage and Security Agreement, executed by 16 CORNER PROPERTY OWNER, LLC, a Florida limited liability company whose address is 7411 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 203, Miami, FL 33138 ("Mortgagor"), in favor of the OMNI CRA, dated July 26, 2018 and recorded August 08, 2018, in Official Records Book 31092 at Page 4812 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, (the "Mortgage"), securing certain promissory in the total amount of Two Million and 00/100 Dollars ($2,000,000.00) (the "Note"), and certain promises and obligations set forth in said Mortgage and agreement upon the property situation in said State and County described in Exhibit A attached hereto ("Mortgaged Lands"); and WHEREAS, said Mortgagor has requested Mortgagee to release the premises as described in the attached Exhibit A; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged,. Mortgagee does remise, release, quit -claim, exonerate and discharge the Mortgaged Lands from the lien and operation of the Mortgage and any and all financing statements and other instruments of security recorded in connection therewith, and hereby directs the Clerk of the County of Miami - Dade County to cancel and terminate same of record.
