WHEREAS, the State law provides that a newspaper
in which the notice of sale of certificates for delinquent
special improvement assessment liens shall appear shall be
selected by the City Commission:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
The Miami Herald, the Miami News, the
Section 1. That Miami Review, Darios la$ Americas, Miami
Tithes and Liberty News,
newspapers of general circulation in Miami, Dade County, be
designated as the newspapersin which the notice shall be
published concerning the sale of certificates issued by the
City of Miami for delinquent special improvement
liens on real property.
