A RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
THE ACTION OF THE CITY MANAGER IN
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF 24 TOSS OF
FERTILIZER FROM THE AV ANTIC FERTILIZER
COMPANY, AT A COST OF $2,806.80, FOR THE
MIAMI SPRINGS GOLF COURSE AS EMERGENCY
MEASURE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the action of the City Manager in
authorizing the purchase of 24 tons of fertilizer from the
Atlantic Fertilizer Company at a cost of $2,806.80, for the
Department of Parks and Recreation as an emergency measure,
is hereby ratified and confirmed.
