A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO ENTER
INTO A SUDa.ORANT AGREEMENT WITH DADE COUNTY
?OR THE EMPLOYMENT OP THREE (3) PERSONS TO
DE PUNDED UNDER THE CITY'S EMERGENCY EMPLOY-
MENT ACT PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, The City of Miami, in the capacity of a
Program Agent, desires to establish Public Service positions
supported by grant funds as provided in the guidelines of
the Emergency Employment Act of 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
attached Sub -Grant Agreement with Dade County for the
employment of three (3) persons to be funded under the City's
Emergency Employment Act - Public Employment Program.
