RESOLUTION NO. ;0144007
A RESOLUTION ALLOCATINO FUNDS TO COVER
PROJECT EXPENSE AND INCIMNTAL EXPENSE
FOR THE JOB ENTITLED MORNINGSIDE PARK
POOL - SECURITY FENCING - 1973 AT A
TOTAL COST OF $880.00.
WHEREAS, in order to carry out all actions necessary
to bring a City construction contract to completion it is
necessary to provide funds to pay for Project Expense and
Incidental Expense; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from the
account entitled Public Parks and Recreational Facilities
Bond Fund to cover the Project Expense and Incidental Expense
related to the job entitled Morningside Park Pool - Security
Fencing - 1973.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the amount of Six Hundred Seventy
Seven Dollars ($677.00) be, and it is hereby, allocated from
the account entitled Public Parks and Recreational Facilities
Bond Fund to cover the cost of Project Expenses for the job
entitled Morningside Park Pool - Security Fencing - 1973,
said Project Expenses being deemed to include engineering,
survey and inspection performed by City Forces.
Section 2. That the amount of Two Hundred Three
Dollars ($203.00) be, and it is hereby, allocated from the
account entitled Public Parks and Recreational Facilities
Bond Fund to cover the cost of Incidental Expenses for the
aforesaid job, including such items as advertising, testing
laboratories, postage, printing and blueprinting by City
Forces or outside vendor.
