A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING FUNDS : TO COVER
PROJECT EXPENSE AND INCtDEN''AL IIVE#SE
POR THE JOB ENTITLED WESTERN DRAINAGE
PROJECT Ea.30 AT A TOTAL COST OP "$ 21, 092 .
WHEREAS, in order to carry out all actions necessary
to bring a City construction contract to completion, it is
necessary to provide funds to pay for Project Expense and
Incidental Expense; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from the
account entitled Storm Sewer Bond Fund to cover the Project
Expense and Incidental Expense related to the job entitled
Western Drainage Project E-30:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Sectona. That the amount of $17,577.00 be, and it
is hereby, allocated from the account entitled Storm Sewer Bond
Fund to cover the cost of Project Expenses for the job entitled
Western Drainage Project E-30, said Project Expenses being deemed
to include engineering, survey and inspection performed by City
forces.
Section 2. That the amount of $3,515.00 be, and it is
hereby, allocated from the account entitled Storm Sewer Bond
Fund to cover the cost of Incidental Expenses for the aforesaid
job, including such items as advertising, testing laboratories,
postage, printing and blueprinting by City forces or outside vendor.
