A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 73-'971 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO ADVERTISE ?OR SEALED SIDS .OR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5242 d (centerline Hewer)
IN SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT SR-5242 C (centerline sewer).
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of December
13, 1973, Resolution No. 73-791 was passed which ordered a sanitary
sewer improvement identified as SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5242 C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on January 24, 1974 as to any
objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 73-971, which
resolution ordered SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-
5242 C (centerline sewer).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That ordering Resolution No. 73-791 dated
December 13, 1973 which ordered SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5242 C (centerline sewer) in SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5242 C (centerline sewer), be, and
the same is hereby confirmed.
Section 2. That the City Manager authorize the City Clerk
to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of SOUTH PINEMOUNT
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5242 C (centerline sewer).
