A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 73-827 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR SEALED, BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF S.W. 22 STREET 'HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4369

WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of October 19,
1973, Resolution No. 73-827 was passed which ordered a highway
improvement identified as S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4369; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on aahuary_ 24, 1974 as to
any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 73-827,
which resolution ordered S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4369; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
highway improvement were sustained by the Commission. It is
therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering
resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed
bids for the construction of said Improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That ordering Resolution No. 73-827 dated
October 19, 1973 which ordered S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT H-4369 in S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-
4369, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
