RESOLUTION NO.74441,
A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING $22,000 AND
$3,000 FOR PROJECT EXPENSE AND FOR
SUCH ITEMS AS ADVERTISING, POSTAGE,
TELEPHONE, PRINTING, BLUEPRINTING
SERVICES AND SIMILAR ITEMS PERFORMED
CITY CITY FORCES AND/OR OUTSIDE VENDOR,
RESPECTIVELY, FOR SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANI-
TARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5242 C (center-
line sewer) AND SR-5242 S (sideline sewer)
FROM SANITARY SEWER BOND FUND.

WHEREAS, ordering resolutions for SOUTH PINEMOUNT
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-5242 C & S were adopted on December
13, 1973, but the resolutions inadvertently omitted the customary
allocation of funds for Project Expense and other necessary ex-
penses; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from
the Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the amount of $22,000 be, and it is
hereby, allocated from the Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund to cover the
preliminary costs for Project Expense for the SOUTH PINEMOUNT
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-5242 C & S (centerline sewers),
said Project Expense to include engineering and survey labor
costs incurred by City Forces.
Section 2. That the amount of $3,000 be, and it is
hereby,allocated from the Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund to cover pre-
liminary costs for other necessary expenses for the aforesaid
IMPROVEMENTS; such expenses to include such items as advertising,
postage, telephone, printing, blueprinting services and similar
items performed by City Forces and/or outside vendo s
