A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED 36TH
STREET BAYFRONT SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION IN
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: AND ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATMONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT: AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.

WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board and the
Department of Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the
Plat entitled 36TH STREET BAYFRONT SUBDIVISION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Plat entitled 36TH STREET BAYFRONT
SUBDIVISION, being a replat of a portion of Lot 1 of JOHN F. COLLINS
SUBDIVISION, Plat Book
SANDRICOURT, Plat Book
Florida, together with
1, Page 53,
3, Page 83,
lands lying
the Dade County Bulkhead line, all
Range 42 East, City of Miami, Dade
reference is made a part hereof as
and a portion of Block 1 of
Public Records of Dade County,
between the above lands and
in Section 30, Township 53 South,
County, Florida, which by
if fully incorporated herein and
the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and
future plantings, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the
perpetual use of the public be, and the same are, hereby accepted
and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. Except for the construction of those improve-
ments provided for in the Agreement entered into between the Owner
and the Director of the Department of Public Works on behalf of the
City of Miami, Florida, dated July 12, 1973, the requirements of
Chapter 54, Section 54-20, Code of the City of Miami, Florida and
State law as to improvements to be made in subdivisions will hereby
expressly be waived.

Section 3. Of all other requiteMents Of State law
concerning the positing of a Performance Bond for the construction
of improvements, that portion pertaining to the Maintenance of
said improvement§ is hereby oxpreeely waived.
Section 4. The requirements of State law concerning
the showing of grades of rights -of -way on the Plat are hereby
expressly waived.
Section 5. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both
of the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the Plat.
