HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-74-0050MC/aeb 1/10/74 RESOLUTION NO.NASIld A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZINO THE CITY MANAGER TO ENGAGE THE CONSULTING FIRM OF WALLACE, McHARG, ROBERTS AND TODD TO PRINT FIVE HUNDRED (500) ADDITIONAL COPIES OF THE REPORT DOWNTOWN MIAMI1973-1985: AN URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND ZONING PLAN IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE TROUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,500); AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING DIVISION TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER THEREFOR. WHEREAS, the presentation of the report Downtown Miami 1973-1985: An Urban Development and Zoning Plan as prepared by the consulting firm of Wallace, McHarg, Roberts and Todd for the City of Miami and the Downtown Development Authority has met with such widespread interest that the demand for copies of the report has now exhausted the supply by one hundred (100) copies authorized by contract. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to engage the consulting firm of Wallace, McHarg, Roberts and Todd to print an additional five hundred (500) copies of the report Downtown Miami 1973-1985: An Urban Development and Zoning Plan in an amount not to exceed One thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500). Section 2. That the proper officials be and they are hereby authorized and directed to issue a purchase order to Wallace, McHarg, Roberts and Todd in an amount not to exceed One thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500).
