Satisfaction of Mortgage
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the CITY OF MIAMI, a
municipal corporation, existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, the owner and holder of a certain mortgage executed by
Fred and Pearlie Rutherford to CITY OF MIAMI acting by and
through the Director of the Department of Community Development,
bearing date the 26th day of March A.D.,1981 recorded in Official
Records Book 11055, Page 1129 in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of llth Judicial Circuit, Dade County, Florida
securing certain note(s) in the principal sum of Ten Thousand
Eight Hundred Dollars ($10,800.00), with interest thereon, and
certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage upon
the property situated in said State and County described as
follows, to wit:
Lot 15, and W 1/2 of Lot 16, Block 1, Columbia Park,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
8, at Page 114, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and
mortgage,and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby directs
the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel same of record.
