Satisfaction of Mortgage
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the CITY OF MIAMI, a
municipal corporation, existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, the owner and holder of a certain mortgage executed by
Celia Felix & Federico Romero to CITY OF MIAMI acting by and
through the Director of the Housing Conservation and Development
Agency, bearing date the 29th day of March A.D.,1988 recorded in
Official Records Book 13640, Page 3537 in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of llth Judicial Circuit, Dade County,
Florida securing certain note(s) in the principal sum of Nine
Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Three Dollars ($9,963.00), with
interest thereon, and certain promises and obligations set forth
in said mortgage upon the property situated in said State and
County described as follows, to wit:
The West 41.4 feet of Lot 7, Block 8, Swastika Park,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
4, at Page 98, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and
mortgage, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby directs
the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said CITY OF MIAMI, a municipal
corporation, by and through its City Manager, has caused these
presents to be executed in its name its official seal to be
