A RESOLUTION GRANTING A "CONDITIONAL USE", AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE V, SECTION 6(c), TO PERMIT EXCESS OFF-STREET ?AMINO ON UNPLATTED TRACT (WITH 110' ON DIXIE HIGHWAY AND 211' ON NATOMA), LOCATED ON THE S.W. CORNER SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY AND NATOMA STREET, IN CONJUNCTION WITH OFFICE BUILDING IMMEDIATELY TO THE WEST, WITH NO INGRESS AND EGRESS ON NATOMA, ZONED R-1 (ONE- FAMILY) DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the City Planning and'Zoning Board of the City of Miami, at its meeting held on. tovember 19, 1973, passed and adopted by an 8 to 1 vote its Resolution No. 73-242, recommending denial of •a "conditional use" as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article V, Section 6(c), as hereinafter set forth; and this Commission deems it advisable to the public convenience and welfare and finds that the use will not be detrimental or injurious tothe character or the development of the immediate neighborhood; f NOW, THEREFORE,; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:/ R�. Section 1. That the application for a "conditional use" as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE V, Section 6(c), to permit excess oft -street parking on UNPLATTED TRACT (with 110' on Dixie Highway and 211' on Natoma), located on the S.W. corner South Dixi,{Highway and Natoma Street, in conjunction with office building immediately to the west, with no ingress and egress on Natom zoned R-1 (One -Family), be and the same is hereby granted. Sect on 2. This conditional use shall become null and void unless t e use is commenced within six months of the effective date of this Resolution. Said extension request shall be filed with the City Manager two (2) weeks prior to the expiration date of the initial six (6) months effective period of the conditional use. The Miami Planning Board, at their meeting of November 19, 1973, Item #4, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 73-242 by an 8 to 1 vote recommending DENIAL for "Conditional Use" as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE V, Section 6 (c), to permit excess off-street parking on UNPLATTED Tract (with 110' on Dixie Highway and 211' on Natoma), located on the S. W. corner South Dixie Highway and Natoma Street, in conjunction with office building immediately to the west, with no ingress and egress on Natoma; zoned R-1 (One -Family). There were over 20% objections. A RESOLUTION to provide for this "Conditional Use" has been prepared by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the City Commission. mm Z.
