A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DID RECEIVED
DECEMBER 12, 1973 FOR FURNISHING ELEVATOR
MAINTENANCE,,ON A SCHEDULED BASIS, FOR
VARIOUS ELEVATORS THROUGHOUT THE CITY,
PROM MIAMI ELEVATOR CO. FOR THE PERIOD
FROM JANUARY 10, 1974 TO JANUARY 10, 1975,
AT A TOTAL COST OF $5,940.00.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, sealed bids were
received December 12, 1973 for furnishing Elevator Maintenance,
on a sheduled basis, for various elevators throughout the City,
for the period from January 10, 1974 to January 10, 1975; and
WHEREAS, invitations were mailed to nine (9) potential
suppliers and two (2) bids were received; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
MIAMI ELEVATOR CO. is the lowest and best responsive bid and
recommends that said bid be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of MIAMI ELEVATOR CO. for
furnishing Elevator Maintenance, on a scheduled basis, for various
elevators throughout the City, for the period from January 10,
1974 to January 10, 1975, at a total cost of $5,940.00.
