A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED
DECEMBER 12, 1973 FROM NATIONAL WINDOW
CLEANING CO. FOR FURNISHING WINDOW CLEAN-
ING, ON A SCHEDULED BASIS, FOR CLEANING
WINDOWS CITYWIDE, FOR THE PERIOD FROM
JANUARY 10, 1974 TO JANUARY 9, 1975 AT
A TOTAL COST OF $3,361.00.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, sealed bids were
received December 12, 1973 for furnishing Window Cleaning, on
a scheduled basis, for cleaning windows Citywide, for the
period from January 10, 1974 to January 9, 1975; and
WHEREAS, invitations were mailed to eleven (11)
potential suppliers and one (1) bid was received; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
NATIONAL WINDOW CLEANING CO., at the annual costs below,
is the lowest and best responsive bid and recommends that
said bid be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI,FFLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of NATIONAL WINDOW CLEANING CO.
for furnishing Window Cleaning, on a scheduled basis, for the
period from January 10, 1974 to January 9, 1975, at the following
annual prices, be and the same is hereby accepted:
