A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF GRAYBAR
ELECTRIC CO., INC. FOR BRACKETS, LUMINAIRSS,
ADAPTERS AND tAMP'S FOR MIAMARINA RESTAURANNT=-
PARKWAY DRIVING LIGHTING - 1973: ALLOCATING
THE AMOUNT OF $10,232 FROM THE ACCOUNT EN-
TITLED "CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND - UNALLOCATED
FUNDS"; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE AFORESAID ITEMS.

WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice, sealed bids
were received on December 10, 1973 for miscellaneous items required
for the project entitled "MIAMARINA RESTAURANT - PARKWAY DRIVE
LIGHTING - 1973."
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Graybar Electric Co., Inc. is the lowest and best responsive bid
for furnishing and delivering brackets, luminaires, adapters and
lamps and recommends that a Purchase Order be issued in the amount
of $10,231.80.
WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from the
account entitled "Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated FundsV"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the December 10, 1973 bid of Graybar
Electric Co., Inc. for furnishing and delivering brackets, luminaires,
adapters and lamps at a total cost of $10,231.80 be and the same is
hereby accepted at the unit prices shown in said Proposal.
Section 2. That the amount of $10,232 be and it is
hereby allocated from the account entitled "Capital Improvement
Fund - Unallocated Funds" to cover the cost of the aforesaid items
required for MIAMARINA RESTAURANT - PARKWAY DRIVE LIGHTING - 1973.
