A RESOLUTION RELEASING METROPOLITAN DADE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, PROM PARAGRAPH 11 OF A COVENANT RUNNIN(
WITH THE LAND FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 7555,
PAGE 302 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF METROPOLITAN
DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND APPROVED BY CITY COMMISSION
RESOLUTION N0. 42779 PASSED AND ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 9,
1971.
WHEREAS, in order to assure the protection of the City
during development of the real property at the NW corner of NE 75 St.
and NE 2 Avenue it was necessary to require the developer to construct
a temporary sanitary sewer force main in the City streets; and
WHEREAS, it was necessary to require the developer to
covenant to the City for the protection of the City and it was
necessary to require the developer to carry sufficient liability
insurance; and
WHEREAS, this project was completed and purchased by
Metropolitan Dade County as a turnkey housing project; and
WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary to require the owner
to carry liability insurance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Metropolitan Dade County, Florida, be,
and the same is hereby released from complying with the provisions of
Paragraph 11 of that Covenant filed in the Official Record Book 7555
at Page 302 of the Official Records of Metropolitan Dade County, Florida.
after they have tied into the existing sanitary sewer system.
