RESOLUTION NO. 74i14
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING WILLIB BORROTO TO FILL
THE VACANCY CREATED BY THE RESIGNATION OF
ARCHITECT, LESTER PANCOAST ON THE URBAN DEVELOP-
MENT REVIEW BOARD FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI.
WHEREAS, the City Commission, on September 9, 1971,
authorized the establishment of an Urban Development Review
Board in connection with the new RC-1 and RC-B classifications;
said board to consist of five members, three from a list
prepared by the American Institute of Architects, South Florida
Chapter, and two members from a list prepared by the local
chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects; and
WHEREAS, Architect, Lester Pancoast was chosen as one
of the five members; and
WHEREAS, Lester Pancoast has submitted his resigna-
tion from Urban Development Review Board for the City of Miami;
and
WHEREAS, the American Institute of Architects has
three (3) nominees to fill the vacancy created by the resigna-
tion of Lester Pancoast;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
That Willie Borroto be, and is hereby appointed
to serve on the Urban Development Review Board for the City of
Miami, filling the vacancy created by the resignation of Lester
Pancoast.
