A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE
CITY MANAGER'S EMERGENCY PURCHASE OF AIR
CONDITIONING DUCT WORK FOR THE CITY TAX AND
LICENSE OFFICE FROM FUNDS AVAILABLE IN ACCOUNT
ENTITLED "SPECIAL PROGRAMS AND ACCOUNTS" IN
THE AMOUNT OF $1, 895. 00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager's emergency purchase of
air conditioning duct work for the City Tax and License Office from
funds available in account entitled "Special Programs and Accounts"
in the amount of $1, 895. 00 is hereby authorized and approved.
