RESOLUTION NO. 744 2
A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING $8,134 FROM
THE SANITARY SEWER BOND FUND AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO THE MIAMI-DADE
WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY FOR RELOCATING
A WATER MAIN IN CONNECTION WITH THE TRACY
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT.

WHEREAS, in order to construct a certain portion of
the Tracy Sanitary Sewer Improvement, it was necessary to relocate
an existing 36" cast iron water transmission main at the intersection
of N.W. 20 Street and N.W. 24 Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the work has been completed by the Miami -
Dade Water and Sewer Authority at a total cost of $8,133.60
and it is now in order to allocate funds and authorize payment to
the Authority; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from
the Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the amount of $8,134 be, and it is
hereby, allocated from the Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund to cover the
cost of work performed by the Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Authority
in relocating an existing 36" cast iron water transmission line as
required to permit construction of a portion of the Tracy Sanitary
Sewer Improvement.
Section 2. That the proper officers of the City
of Miami be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
pay to the Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Authority the sum of $8,133.60
as reflected on their December 4, 1973 bill for the above mentioned
work.
