A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
WORK PERFORMED BY C. A. DAVIS, INC.,
AT A TOTAL COST OF $85,192 AND AUTHOR-
IZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $20,797 FOR THE
ORANGE BOWL - SPIRAL RAMP REPAIRS (PHASE
II) - 1973.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated March 26, 1973
between the City of Miami and C. A. Davis, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and C. A. Davis, Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc.r,i have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommgnds
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager accept the completed
work performed by C. A. Davis, Inc., for the ORANGE BOWL - SPIRAL
RAMP REPAIRS (PHASE II) - 1973, at a total cost of $85,192.
Section 2. That the proper officials of The City of
Miami be authorized and directed to pay C. A. Davis, Inc. a
balance of $20,797 as full and final payment for all work per-
formed and all materials furnished in connection with the ORANGE
BOWL - SPIRAL RAMP REPAIRS (PHASE II) - 1973.
