A RESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING AND
DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE THE E-W ALLEY RUNNING
WEST FROM N.W. 15TH AVENUE, BETWEEN 28TH AND 29TH
STREETS, SAID ALLEY FROM MIDDLE OF BLOCK TO N-S
ALLEY IN W'LY PORTION OF BLOCK, PROVIDING RETURN TO
N.W. 28TH STREET, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH TENTATIVE
PLAT NO. 895, "LINDSLEY ALLAPATTAH", SUBJECT TO
RELOCATION, ALTERATION OR INSTALLATION OF ANY
UTILITIES AND EASEMENTS, AND SUBJECT TO RECORDING
FORMAL PLAT.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Miami, at its meeting held on December 10, 1973, passed and
adopted by an 8 to 0 vote (one member absent), its Resolution
No. 73-250, recommending the closing, vacating, abandoning and
discontinuing for public use the E-W Alley running west from
N.W. 15th Avenue, between 28th and 29th Streets, said Alley
from middle of block to N-S Alley in W'ly portion of block, pro-
viding return to N.W. 28th Street, as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the E-W Alley running west from N.W.
15th Avenue, between 28th and 29th Streets, said Alley from
middle of block to N-S Alley in W'ly portion of block, providing
return to N.W. 28th Street, all in accordance with Tentative
Plat No. 895, "LINDLSEY-ALLAPATTAH", be and the same is hereby
closed, vacated, abandoned and discontinued for public use,
subject to recording formal plat.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this /0 day ofAINQ,E10 1974.

:Applicant: Lindsley Lumber Co.
The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of December 10, 1973, Item
#3, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 73-250
by an 8 to 0 vote (one member absent), recommending the official
vacation and closure of E-W Alley running west from N. W. 15th
Avenue, between 28th and 29th Streets, said Alley from middle of
block to N-S Alley in W'ly portion of block, providing return to N.W.
28th Street, all in accordance with Tentative Plat #895 - "LINDSLEY-
ALLAPATTAH".
One objection was received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this Alley Closure has been prepared by
the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the
City Commission.
