Please include the James E. Scott Community Association on the City
Commissioners Agenda to have them approve our having a fund-raising
carnival.
The site of the carnival will be the Grandway store parking lot at
Northwest 12th Avenue and 54th Street. The dates of the fund-
rntsing carnival will b1 from January 15, 19/' thrit January 18, 1976.
The purpose of the fund-raising event is to help support needed
community social service programs. If you need additional infor-
mation please contact me at Miami -Dade Community College, North

Please include the Miami Community Police Benevolent Association on
the City Commission next agenda to have them approve our having a
fund raising carnival.
The site will be the Miami Stadium Parking Lot. The datea of the fund
raising carnival will be from January 23 thru February 1, 1976. We are
also a king the Commission to waive all fees for the use of the parking
lot.
The purpose of the carnival is for our scholarship fund. Last year with
the assistance of a fund rainint; carnival, we were able to give three
young people of our cottnunity the opportunity to attend college. Xf you
