The construction of sanitary sewers in the area
bounded by N.W. 27 Avenue, the Comfort Canal
N.N. 37 Avenue (Douglas Road) and the City Limits
(N.W. 20 Street), was ordered by the City Commission
at their meeting of July 31, 1975.
It is now in order to confirm the ordering resolution
and authorize advertising for bids. A Public hearing
will be held on ,. 1 , 1975 at which time the
Commission will hear objections to the confirmation
or the ordering resolution.
IR NO OBJECTIONS ARE SUSTAINED THE DEPARTMENT OF
PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION
WHICH ALSO AUTHORIZES THE ADVERTISING FOR BIDS FOR
DELAWARE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5390 C (center
line sewer).
