RESOLUTION NO. 73-1144
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
BISCAYNE FEDERAL PLAZA, A SUBDIVISION IN
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA; AND ACCEPTING
THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND
AUTHORISING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
7 AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.

9 WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of
Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat entitled
BISCAYNE FEDERAL PLAZA; and
WHEREAS, on October 23, 1975, the City Commission
adopted Resolution No. 75-973 closing for public use two alleys
lying within this subdivision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled BISCAYNE FEDERAL PLAZA,
being a replat of a portion of Block 10 Third Amended Map of
Miramar (5-4) lying in Fractional Section 31, Township 53S, Range 42E
City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by reference is made a
part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications
as shown thereon together with all existing and future planting,
trees and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of

Section 2. Except for the construction of those

improvements provided for in the Agreement entered into between

the Owner and the Director of the Department of Public Works on

behalf of the City of Miami, Florida, dated November 20, 197S, the
27 requirements of Chapter 54, Section 54-20, Code of the City of
20 Miami, Florida, as to improvements to be made in subdivisions
29 will hereby expressly be waived.
30 Section 3. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both
31 of the City of Miami, rlorida, are hereby authorised and directed
33to execute the Plat.
