Vt`; Title VI Program for F'Y-1976 Attached is a proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the Manpower Planning Council of Dade and Monroe Counties for the purpose of receiving $2, 532, 797 to continue through June 30, 1976; the City of Miami Temporary Public Service Job Prograrn funded by Title VI of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act. This continuation of funding program %yill utilize the funds allocated to the City of Miarni by the U. S. Department of Labor for Fiscal Year 1976 allowing, the creation of 77 additional positions bringing the total numb; r in this program to 1.1t,'. The C. E. L.A..
