WUEREAS, Ordinance No. 7434 (M.iv +', 1966)
amended by Ordinance No. 7 551 (April 17, 19671 provides
detailed requirements for the issuance of a City of Miami
Waste Collection License: and
WHEREAS, it ,appears th t PACKED SANITATION CO., INC.

that it will meet, within the required period of time, the
