Oda
Pursuant to Public Notice, sealed bids were
received November 19, 1975 for furnishing
photographic supplies consisting of film,
paper, chemicals, etc. on a contract basis
for one year, February 1, 1976 to January 31,
'1977.
Invitations were mailed to seventeen (17) po-
tential suppliers and one (1) bid was received
from Pitman Photo, inc.
The photographic supplies are used by all de-
partments throughout the City and are included
in their regular 1975-76 fiscal year budget.
Pitman Photo, Inc. guarantees the price of
supplies for one (1) year and the City will
take advantage of any price reductions during
the contract year.
It is requested that the award be made and a
resolution be prepared accepting the bid as
received from Pitman Photo, Inc. for furnish-
ing photographic supplies consisting of film,
paper, chemicals, etc. on a contract basis
for one year from February 1, 1976 to Janu-
ary 31, 1977 according to the attached schedule
of prices at an approximate cost of $10,000.00.
