Section 1. The: sum of $1,584,422,00 is hereby appropriated from the reserve for Social Programs for the fiscal year 1975-76. • Section 2., Ordinance No. 8464, passed and adopted on September 26, 1975, is hereby amended as follows: The,; following appropriations are made from the Federal Revenue Sharing reserve for Social Programs; 1. Therefore, as stated in the budget message, $1, 499, 422 has been proposed for Federal Revenue Sharing social services. To this amount, $85,000 has been added by substituting community development funds for Federal Revenue Sharing funds for the Martin Luther Ring Boulevard relocation costs. This will make a total available allocation of S1, 584, 422. Finally, it should be pointed out that the requests for funds that we have received far exceeds the capacity of the City of Miami to adequately provide for the needed social services.
