WHEREAS, the City of Miami Planning Advisory Board
at its meeting of December Loth, 1975, Item No. 1, following
an advertised Hearing adopted Resolution No. PAD 62-75 by a
6 to 0 vote (one Member absent) as hereinafter set forth; and.
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and
in the best interest of the inhabitants of the City of Miami to
amend the City of Miami Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance as
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that a genuine
emergency exists necessitating the immediate enactment of the
provision as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, Article XV, Section 2,
Subsection (8) be and the same is hereby amended to include a
new Paragraph (e) to read as follows:
(e) Blood Banks and Plasma Centers operated
in accord with all applicableregulations,
codes, ordinances and laws.
Section 2. All laws or parts of laws in conflict
herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed insofar as they
are in conflict.
Section 3. Should any part or provision of this
ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole:
