OF A PERMIT TO CORPUS CHRISTI CHURCH
FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES AT 3220 N. W. 7TH
AVENUE, ON DECEMBER 12, TIIROUC,H 14,
1975, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.
NOW, THERE ORE, BE IT RESOLVE`I) IF' COMMISSION OF'
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a permit he, and it is hereby authorised to be issued
to Corpus Christi Church for ausentent rides at 3220 Northwest 7th
Avenue, on December 12, through 14, 1p75, subject to the following terms
and conditions:
1. Such use shall nut be established for a period
exceeding seven days, nor shall any one location
be used more often than once a year.
The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates of
Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride
activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will provide separate
sanitary facilities for both male and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
f,. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen that the Depart-
ment feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide
for security will be emrloycd by the permit holder.
