RESOLUTION NO. T54110
A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING $193, 562.22 OF
FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS PREVIOUSLY
APPROPRIATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 8466 TO
FURTHER IMPLEMENT PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
BENEFIT PROGRAMS.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has manifested its
intent to support certain programs of benefit to the citizens
of the City of Miami through an appropriation of Federal Revenue
Sharing Funding: and
WHEREAS, funds have previously been appropriated by
Ordinance No. 8466 to accomplish this purpose:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI. FLORIDA:
Section 1. $193,562.22 of Federal Revenue Sharing
Funds previously appropriated by Ordinance No. 8466 be and are
hereby allocated on a month -to -month basis to those agencies
listed in Ordinance No. 8342 that have ongoing programs in an
amount not to exceed 1/12th of the amount appropriated per
month to said agency by said Ordinance No. 8342.
