AMUSEMENT RIDES AT 900 SOUTHWEST 26th
ROAD, MIAMI, rLORIDA, IN CONNECTION
WITH TIIEIR CARNIVAL ON DECE:M:t ER 5, 6,
AND 7, 1975, SU13Jl CT TO CERTAIN TERMS
AND CONDITIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED I3'' THE COMA IISSION OF THE CITY or
MIAMI, rLORIDA:
Section 1. A permit be and it is hereby authorized
to be issued to Sts. Peter and Paul Rector:' for amusement rides
at 900 Southwest 2Gth Road, Miami, Florida, in conjunction
with their carnival on December 5, 6, and 7, 1975, subject
to the followinc terms and conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established
for a period exceedinrj seven da�s,
nor shall an-; one location be used
more often than once a year.
2. The operators of the amusement rides
shall obtain the necessary licenses,
permits and Certificate of Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only
to carry' on ride activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides
will provide sanitary facilities for
both male and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the
rides will not domicile on the pro-
perty.
G. No alcoholic beverages may be sold
on the premises.
7. The City of Miami Police Department
•ill be contacted, and the number
of off -duty policemen that the de-
partment feels are necessary to direct
traffic and provide for security
will be employed by the permit holder.

Dear Mr. Andrews:
tie would like to request a permit from the City
of Miami to hold our Pestival on the church grounds
on December 5, 6 and 7 of this year.
The purpose of this Festival, which we have
every year, is to raise funds for our parochial
school.
