A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A PERMIT TO THE P.T.A. or SOUTH FLORIDA
MILITARY ACADEME? rOR AMUSEMENT RIDES AT
4677 NORTHWEST NINTH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA
IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR CARNIVAL ON DECEM-
I3ER 12, 13, AND 14, 1975, SUBJECT TO CLR-
TAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED I3`' THE COMMISSION or THE CITY Or MIAMI,
FLORIDA,
Section 1. A permit be, and it is hereby authorized
to be issued to the P.T.A. of South Florida Military Academy
for amusement rides at 4677 Northwest Ninth Street, Miami,
Florida in conjunction with their carnival on December 12, 13,
and 14, 1975 subject to the followin:j terms and conditions.
1. Such use shall not be established for a
period exceedinc: seven days, nor shall
any one location be used more often than
once a year.
2. The operators of the amusement rides shall
obtain the necessary licenses, permits,
and Certificate of Use.
Small tents shall be permitted only to
earn' on ride activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides
will provide sanitary facilities for both
male and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides
will not domicile on the property.
G. No alcoholic beveraces may be sold on the
premises.
7, The City of Miami Police Department will
be contacted and the number of off -duty
policemen that the department feels are
necessary to direct traffic and provide
for security will be employed by the
permit holder.
