AT A TOTAL COST OF $561,327.71 AND AUTHOR- IZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $58,752.61 FOR TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5275 C (CENTER... LINE SEWER) AND SR-5275 5 (SIDELINE SEWER) IN TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DI:=;ffICT 5R-5275 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) AND SR-5275 S (SIDELINE SEWER). WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated April 15, 1974, between the City of Miami and Holland Paviny Co., Inc; and WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactoril'! completed and Holland Paving Co., Inc. has furnished the recuired docu- ments certifvinr that all bills for labor and materials have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and WHEREAS, a public hearing: was held on December 1, 1975, to hear any objections to the completed improvements and no ob- jections were sustained; and WHEREAS. the Department of Public Works recommends that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the contractor; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA; Section 1. The completed work performed by Holland Paving Co., for the construction of TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE- MENT NT SR-5275 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) and SR-5275 S (SIDELINE SEWER) in TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5275 C (CENTER- LINE SEWER) and SR-5275 S (SIDELINE SEWER) is hereby accepted at a total cost of $561,327.71. "DOCUMENT INDEX ITEM NO..6.1.,." Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami be and they are hereby authorized and directed to pay fio11and Paving Co., Inc. a balance of $58,752.61 as full and final pay- ment for all work performed and all materials furnished in con- nection with the TRACY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-S275 C (CENTER- LINE SEWER) and SR-5275 S (SIDELINE SEWER) .
