Invitations were mailed to sixteen (16) potential suppliers and two (2) bids were received. The bid of Rich Photo, Inc. was the LOWEST SID RECEIVED. Purchases under this bid will be made as needed by indi- vidual City Departments from their budget. This is the first time bids have been received for photo processing and printing and it is anticipated that cost savings will result. City Manager recces ads.
