ENACTING NEW FLE SCFiEbUt.1t ; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONSOR PARTS OF ORDINANCES. IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; CONTAINING A SEVERAi3ILITY PROVISION; DISPENSING WITH THE REQtJIREM.ENT OF READING TIIIS ORDINANCE oN TWO SEPARATE DAYS BY A VOTE OF NOT LESS THAN FOUR - FIFTHS FIFTIIS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, it is essential that the fees as provided herein be increased;.and WHEREAS, this Ordinance is necessary, for the preser- vation of the health, peace, safety and welfare of the City, Miami; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that in order to' provide this much needed service for the operation of the municipality that the fees as herein provided be increased; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section"1. Sections 5, 6, 7and 8 of Ordinance No. 6145,. as amended, are hereby amended by repealing the fee schedules as provided therein and by establishing new fee schedules as herein 1/ after set forth, to wit: 1/ Words and figures stricken throughout all pages in this ordinance shall be deleted, Underscored words constitute the amendment proposed. Those provisions of Sections 5, 6, 7, and 8 not appearing herein remain in effect, and unchanged. Subsection (4) "EQUIPMENT OUTLETS OR PERMANENT CONNECTIONS" of Paragraph G.
