WHEREAS. 'Women in Distress have requested assistance in funding
their operations for the balance of they 1975-7h fiscal year: and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are now available in the Special Reimburse-
ment Fund account for this allocation:
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED IlY THE C'ON' 11 ISSION OF
THE CITY OF MYA 1, FLORIDA:
Section I, i he amount of $5, 800. 00 is hereby allocated from the
Special Reimbursement Funds received by the City cinder Public I.aw 92-500
to assist in funding the operating costs for Women in Distress for the balance
of the 1975- 71 fiscal year.
Section 2. In the event Federal Grant funds or other sources of
funding the Women in Distress operation is obtained, then $5, 800.00 of said
funds shall be used to repay the Special Reimbursement Fund account.
