WHEREAS. the City has received Special Reimbursement Funds
under Fc•dvral Public I.aw 9'-500 for past expenditures for pollution control
projects. and
WHEREAS, Federal Environmental Protection Agency officials have
advised that these Reimbursement Funds can be used for purposes other than
pollution control projects, and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are now available in the Special Reimburse-
ment Fund account,

Section 1. The amount of $10,000 is hereby al waled for the
Overtown Central I%1iami Storefront Operation.
Section L. The amount of $10,000 is hereby allocated for the park
development of the property located on the east side of N. fit'. 2 Avenue between
7 and K Streets where the City recently demolished vacant buildings and cleared
the site.

The amount c►f $ .000 is hereby allocated for trivet
expenses for Grants personnel required in conjunction with the acquisition of
Stott. and Feierai Grants.

Section 4. The amount of $250 is hereby allocated for a purchase
award priv.e for an oil painting for the 197E Coconut Grove Arts Festival.
Section 5. The amount of $2, 500 is hereby allocated for membership
in the Underground Utilities Notification Center authori'ed by Resolution No.
75-97 .
Section &,. The amount of $61, 765 is hereby allocated for demolition
of old government buildings at Dinner Key as they are vacated, for site rdevelop-
ment of that area, and for modifications, alterations and furniture for additional
space for City offices, which funds shall be expended wht'n authorized by the
City Manager.
